    Tuesday’s workout aka u know how we do ;)

    BACK (3 sets each of)- Assisted chin pulls ups @ 8plates (one set only); bent over rows w/ tbar (50lbs, 60lbs and 70lbs)  and hammer strength machine pull downs (60lbs 70lbs, 80lbs) seated rows (60lbs, 80lbs ; 90lbs )

    BICEPS (3 sets each of)-  bicep curls with dumbells (12lbs x 3) ; preacher curls (20lbs and 25lbs x 2)

    CARDIO:30 minutes of stairmaster
